Technician Supervisor

Anne is a certified technician who received her Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Technology from the Mount Ida School of Animal Science in 2009. She has been a technician with Parkway since 2006, and was promoted to Technician Supervisor in 2011. Anne also spent 3 years working in an animal shelter in southern MA. Anne is a member of the National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America, as well as the International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management. She also runs her own pet sitting and at home medical assistance business, Boston/Southshore Pet Care.

She resides in Dedham with her three cats - Morgan, the trouble-making torti, Nelson,  and Captain, the simple but lovable orange tiger.

Heather has been a veterinary technician since 1994, and came to us from Houston, Texas in 2000. Previous to her position at Parkway Veterinary Hospital, Heather volunteered at M.D. Anderson Cancer Hospital and the Houston Zoo, and has worked at several small animal, exotic, and avian veterinary hospitals.

Heather plans to eventually attend medical school to study integrative medicine, but for now enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family.

Danielle is a certified technician who received her Bachelor of Science degree in Veterinary Technology from the Mount Ida School of Animal Science in 2005. Her Canine Rehabilitation Certification is pending from the University of Tennessee. She adopted Nelly, a five-year-old Rottweiler mix, from Nevin's Farm in Methuen. Nelly was crowned Mutt of the Year at the MSPCA's Walk for Animals in September 2008. Danielle is also the proud owner of three handsome felines, Jake, Meeko, and Wiski, and two guinea pigs, Bob and Hank.

Emmanuelle received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Emmanuel College. Prior to her position as a technician at Parkway Veterinary Hospital, she worked as a zookeeper at Franklin Park Zoo in Jamaica Plain. In addition to her technician skills, she excels at arts, crafts, and baking. Emmanuelle lives with her husband, Edwin, a cat named Jelly, and her two beautiful daughters Victoria and Annalise.

Brittany is a certified technician she joined Parkway in May of 2012 after she discussed some opportunity with us at a local job fair.

Brittany currently graduated from Mount Ida's Veterinary Technology program. She has one crazy Labrador Retriever named Chance , and Shadow her lovable feline.

In her free time she enjoys pet sitting, traveling, campus activities ( SCNAVTA- student chapter of the national association of Vet Techs of America).

Brittany completed an internship here in the summer of 2010, and she did such a great job that we invited her to join our staff in 2011. Brittany graduated from Mount Ida College in 2011 from the Veterinary Technology Program. Brittany’s smiling face has been a great addition to the technician team. She has a strong passion for all animals especially cats.

Brittany lives in Somerset with her 4 cats, Jake, Lily, Boots, and Gracie .


Anastasia is a certified veterinary technician who joined us in August of 2012 and has been a wonderful addition to the tech team! She graduated from Mount Ida College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Veterinary Technology in 2012. Anastasia has a previous degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts however her love of animals motivated her to change her career path.

In her free time, Anastasia enjoys reading, cooking and hiking with her three dogs Luca, Tyler and Dante.

Ximena joined the technician team in September of 2014. Ximena has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University. She then attended the Veterinary Technology Program at Becker College and her goal is to become a Certified Veterinary Technician.

In her free time she enjoys singing, dancing to salsa music, watching movies and knitting. Ximena and her boyfriend live in West Roxbury with their Norfolk Terrier/Maltese mix named Obi and her two cats Sky and Peter Quill.  

Hillary joined the technician team after completing an internship here in 2014. She graduated from Mount Ida College with a Bachelor Of Science degree in Veterinary Technology 2015. She is a proud owner of one lovable, full of spice, 13 year old Boston Terrier named Ruby!

In her spare time, she volunteers at the aquarium rehabbing sea turtles.
