Policies & Payments

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.

CareCredit

ScratchPay

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an ultrasound appointment.

Fees

Doctor Appointments for Existing Clients: $50 for late cancellations, reschedules or no-shows

Ultrasound Appointments

$50 for late cancellations or reschedules; $100 for no-shows

Surgery or Dental Appointments

*Deposit of $250 is required for all surgery and dental appointments at the time of scheduling. This deposit will be applied to the total charges incurred* If less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule, the deposit is non-refundable

New Client Appointments

*The exam fee is due in full at the time of scheduling.  This deposit will be applied to the total charges incurred*  If less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule, the deposit is non-refundable

Acupuncture/Rehab Consultations

*Deposit of $150 is required for acupuncture/rehab consultation appointments at the time of scheduling.  This deposit will be applied to the total charges incurred* If less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule, the deposit is non-refundable
